A logo is the perfect starting point! Purchase our Logo Design & Style Guide package and we will set you up with a brand tailored to you and your business!
In order to create your custom order, we will need a high resolution version of your logo. Our team will use your logo and website to create your order. A style guide and any additional branding materials or samples or past marketing materials are an added bonus!
Most of our products require a logo. If you are need of a new logo, we offer a Logo Design & Style Guide package.
Each order includes three (3) rounds of design and content revisions. Additional revisions will be an additional charge.
Every order will be sent to you for a confirmation of design and style. Once approved, we will send it to print.
The time taken to complete your order depends on the size, complexity, and customization required. We always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on your order's progress throughout the process.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and our vendor’s shipping methods. Once your custom order has been designed and approved, we will keep you updated with shipping times and tracking information.
Custom-designed products are made to order, thus they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Prior to the product order, the client will have a chance to review the design proof and make any needed changes.

If your order arrived in anything less than perfect condition, please contact Roofers Oasis immediately with photos of the damages and the box it came in.
